| 摘 要： | 民营资本开发风景区是当前中国旅游业的热点之一。如何规范和引导民营资本开发经营风景区具有很强的现实意义。目前旅游业的发展、民营资本的发展和国家政策调整等三方面是民营资本开发风景区的原因,从而肯定了风景区民营资本开发的途径,制定出风景区开发市场的培育和发展、拓展融资渠道、风景区开发商选择、风景区国有资产保值增殖等相应策略。

| Abstract: | Currentl one focus of Chinese tourism is the investment of non-government capital in scenic area development.It is important to guide these investment in terms of the demands of tourism development,non-government capital development,and policy adjustment for the non-government economy.The paper approves of the introduction of non-governmental investment in this area and proposes such strategies as expanding the prath ofr getting financial capital assistance from banks and other finance companies,seleting investing company by bidding for scenic area development cautiously,increasing assets income of the state-owned scenic areaetc. |
