| 摘 要： | 信息技术是管理变革的催化剂。企业信息化所创造的竞争优势,既是通过引入信息技术,更是在引入新的管理模式,以现代化管理去取代落后,是通过管理变革来创造的。我国企业应用信息技术的时间比较短,没有经历过相应的管理变革,在前进道路上存在着重重障碍。目前,更应该关心的是如何借鉴成功企业的经验,找到什么样的对策来实现管理变革的突围,坚定变革成功的信心。

| Abstract: | Information technology is the catalyser of management reform.The competitive advantages informatization is created by not only information technology,but also management reform.Chinese enterprises have a shorter history in using information technology than that in the west.There has been no corresponding management reform,which causes plenty of obstacles in the development.Currently the loaned experience from those successful enterprises can help Chinese enterprises achieve a breakthrough in modern management science. |
