| 摘 要： | 融资问题已成为当前制约民营经济发展的最大障碍,虽然国家出台了种种的规定与办法,但都不能从根源上解决问题,只有构建与其发展相适应的内生性融资机制,搭建民营经济内生性资金供给投入到民营企业的有效途径,才能从根本上解决民营经济融资困境问题。

| Abstract: | The current financing restraints become the big obstacle in developing non-govenmental economy.Although the government has taken quite many measures,it is impossible to solve the problem completely.In order to remove these financing restraints,the endogenious financing mechanism should be built,which may supply the non-governmental enterprises with endogenious fund. |
