| 摘 要： | 国际直接投资和国际贸易是跨国公司参与国际市场活动的主要方式。国际直接投资和国际贸易既存在互替效应也存在互补效应。在一个不完全竞争市场上,跨国公司在其国际化生产经营活动过程中,如何选择和协调其生产活动,是选择出口贸易,还是选择国际直接投资,它要考虑的因素是多方面的,也是动态的,体现一种综合的协调和选择效应。

| Abstract: | FDI and international trade are the main modes for Multinational Corporation to participate in the international market activities. FDI and international trade have the substitution effect and complementafion effect . In the imperfect market.Multinational Corporation need take many factors into consideration on choosing export trade or FDI. In the international production activities, which is also dynamic and reflects a comprehensive coordination and choice effect. It is valuably revelatory for us to analyze the choice and coordination of the multinational corporation in the international trade and FDI. |
