| 摘 要： | 促进农民增收是社会主义新农村建设面临的首要任务。尽管取消农业税后农民的收入相应有所增长,但并没有表现出增长的可持续性,制约农民增收的一些长期性、根本性因素并没有消除。其中资源、制度与政策、产业、科技、市场等因素对农民的增收有重大的影响。

| Abstract: | To achieve farmer income growth is the most important task in building the socialist new rural areas.With the agricultural cancellation tax,farmer′s income has grown correspondingly,but still far from being sustainable,because of some remained long-term fundamental restrictive factors.By taking all these factors into a system,the paper analyzes how they affect farmer income growth in terms of resources,policy and institution,industry,science and technology,market,etc. |
