关于东北老工业基地金融振兴的思考

要实现东北老工业基地的振兴,成为中国经济增长的第四极地战略目标,金融发展的扶持作用不容忽视。与东部沿海经济发达地区相比,东北的金融发展无论是从量的扩张上,还是在质的提高上都明显落后了。向量自回归模型(VAR)的研究表明东北金融发展与经济发展之间存在着相互的因果关系,金融发展有助于促进经济发展。

On Revitalizing the Finance in the Northeast Old Industrial Base

The function of finance cannot be ignorant in revitalizing the Old North-east Industrial base that will be considered the 4th pole in the relevant economic strategies.However,in this area the development is obviously lagged behind those eastern coastal areas in term of both quantity and quality.The research of VAR shows that there exists mutual relationship of cause and effect in term of financial and economic development.Financial development can push economic development.The paper proposes the countermeasure of finance development for the old industrial base including effectively melting the historical cloth wrapper,realizing financial organs multiplex development,establishing the multi-level capital market and constructing financial region center around Dalian.
