摘 要: | 知识经济是一种新型的经济形态,它对企业生产经营方式、企业运行形式等产生诸多影响,要求企业管理观念必须创新。而我国大型企业,尤其是国有大中型企业多半患有“大企业病”,在知识经济条件下面临巨大的外部压力。因此,内外因素的结合使得企业必须加快管理创新,对知识经济时代的企业文化进行脱胎换骨的改革。

On Large Enterprises' Management Innovation Under the Condition of Knowledge-based Economy |

Abstract: | The knowledge-based economy is a kind of new-typed economic form. It has great influence on the management style of enterprises. As a result, the management concept of enterprises must be innovated. The large-scaled enterprises of our country, especially the state-run large and medium-sized enterprises suffer from the large enterprise disease mostly. Because of the enormous outside pressure under the condition of knowledge-based economy, the combination of the internal and external facors ought to be made to accelerate the management innovation and the reform of remolding oneself should be earried out thoroughly to improve corporate culture in the era of knowledge-oriented economy. |
