| Abstract: | On the basis of the tendency that disguised unemployment is becoming open unemployment in state-owned enterprises.The paper analysises the influence of disguised unemployment becoming open unemployment on enterprise's internal and external cost.It makes equilirium model according to their relation ship.The core of the model is the equilirium between efficiency and steady to achieve state-owned enterprises' innovation. |
