| 摘 要： | 从实证角度出发,以大连市的经济社会发展数据为样本,分别采用生产函数方法和基于劳动价值论的科技进步贡献率方法对大连市的科技进步贡献率做了对比研究,结果表明后者比前者更具有实际操作性、客观性和真实性。在此基础上,采用BP神经网络对大连市未来近20年的科技进步贡献率进行了预测。

| Abstract: | From the demonstrative perspective,the paper samples Dalian's economic development, studies the contributions rate of scientific and technological progress of Dalian city with the production function method, compared with the scientific and technological progress contribution rate methods based on labor value theory, the result indicates that the latter is more practical, impersonal and authentic. Then it predicts the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of Dalian in the coming 20 years by BPNN. |
