| 摘 要： | 被誉为“中国第一拍”的广东国际大厦实业有限公司的100％投资权益连续两次举行拍卖,由于没有竞买人应价,在短短一个半月内接连造成两次尴尬流拍。“中国第一拍”何以一再流拍?运用博弈论方法,对其中缘由进行深层次的经济透析可释为是一个典型的经济博弈问题。

The Successive Abortion of No.1 Auction in China:The Classical Analysis in Game Theory |

| Abstract: | The 100% investment rights and interests of Guangdong International Mansion Co. Ltd has been auctioned twice. Since there was no buyer to reply the price, both auctions aborted. Why did the No.1 Auction abort successively? The paper then analyzes internal economic reasons from the perspective of game theory. |
