| 摘 要： | 当前,四大国有商业银行股份制改革和上市已成为国内金融界关注的热点问题。农业银行由于原有政策性因素和农村金融体制改革滞后等原因导致经营业绩低下,其改革的方法和手段将有别于其它三家国有商业银行。目前农业银行上市前存在诸多问题。因此,从股份制改革模式、业务管理、实力提升渠道和上市方案出发,结合农业银行自身发展现状,提出了相应的策略性建议。

| Abstract: | At present,the reform on four state-owned commercial banks' shareholding system is a hot issue in Chinese financial field.Because of policy factor and backward rural financial system these banks should take different reforming measures from these of state-owned commercial banks.This paper analyses shareholding system reform in terms of modes,business management,strength promotion channels and listing schemes in view of the existing problems.It presents tactic suggestions for development of Agricultural Bank of China. |
