| 摘 要： | 在不断蔓延的“电荒”和国家电力公司实行拆分改革,引入竞争机制的刺激下,自2003年以来,我国电力建设投资开始高速增长。持续升温的电力投资,在暂时解决电力不足的短期问题的同时,对电力工业的合理布局和未来经济持续健康发展将造成后患。面对如火如荼的投资并购热潮,应科学地制定电力投资规划,保持合理地电力增长速度从而满足国民经济发展的需要。

| Abstract: | When "electricity shortage" unceasingly spreads and state electric power company implements reform of splitting,the competitive mechanism introduced since 2003,greatly stimulates the electric power construction inverstment.Continuously calefactive electric power investment,temporarily solving the short-term problem of deficient electric power,may lead to the future trouble which is reasonable layout of electric power industry and durative and fine development of future economy.Facing the liking a raging fire upsurge of investment,we should make electric investment planning scientifically and keep the electric growth rate rationally,to meet the need of national economy development. |
