黑龙江煤炭工业发展模式研究

黑龙江是全国重点煤炭工业基地，近几年由于煤炭工业企业缺乏制度创新，企业办社会问题长期不能解决，使企业在激烈的市场竞争中举步维艰。分析黑龙江省煤炭工业基地的现状，提出了煤炭企业要按市场经济的要求建立现代企业制度，并根据本地实际情况适时地进行煤炭工业结构调整，强化企业经营管理，使黑龙江煤炭工业摆脱困境，走上健康之路。

Research on the Pattern of Developing Coal Industry in Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang Province, as a major national base of coal industry, have met plenty of difficulties in the fierce market competition in recent years owing to the lack of institutional innovation and that the problem has not been solved that an enterprise serves as a society. An analysis of the present situation may help the enterprises concerned set up moden system according to the requirement of market economy and adjust the structure of coal industry consideriny actuality. Only by strengthening management can the coal industry in Heilongjiang Province be seen through and have a constant development.
