| 摘 要： | 基于特色农业的内涵和青藏高原特色农业的发展现状确定了青藏高原特色农业发展的重点选择。在此基础上从显示性指标和解释性指标两个方面构建了青藏高原特色农业国际竞争力的评价指标体系。实证研究表明:青藏高原特色农业国际竞争力整体不强并呈现下降趋势。不强的原因是受农业劳动力、农业基础设施、农业科技、政府保护与支持和农业合作组织等多个方面深层次原因造成的。

| Abstract: | This paper generalizes the development of the special agriculture based on the current practice at Qinghai-Tibet plateau.In the aspect of indicative index and explanative index,the paper extablishes the evaluation index system.Empirical studies show that there appears a downward trend on the special agriculture with low international competitiveness.Many reasons contribute to this situation such as agricultural labor,agriculture fundamental facilities,agriculture science and technology,government protection and supporting,agriculture cooperation units,etc. |
