关于建立现代国有林业企业制度和管理体系的研究

我国国有林业企业现有的企业制度与管理机制已不适应现代林业生产,如市场经济的需要,改革和完善国有林业企业管理机构的组织模式势在必行。要建立适应市场经济的国有林业企业制度,规范的法人治理结构,科学的资产管理与运营体系,并与国际规范接轨的财务会计换算体系,探索出“适应性强、效率高、成本低”的组织模式如管理体系。

Since the current national forestry enterprise system and management system fail to meet the demand of modern forestry production and inarket econony,it is inev itable to take a reform for the orpanizatiand form of the natiand forestry enter prises.This can be achieved through a series of measunes including the establish ment of effective corporate governance,scientific system of assets management an d operation,and internationalized accounting mechenism.It will prove notewarthy to explore a way to “strang-adaptablity,high-ifficiency and low-cost”managemen t system.
