| 摘 要： | 以信息技术和经济全球化为标志的知识经济时代的到来,使得组织所处的环境发生了很大的变化。传统的组织结构模式面临着前所未有的挑战,组织只有充分整合内外部资源,与其他组织进行网络化,最大限度地发挥其竞争优势,取长补短,降低风险,才能创造出新的价值。
