| 摘 要： | 基金托管人在我国证券投资基金中承担着保管基金资产,监督基金管理人投资运作的职能。与资本市场发达国家相比,我国的基金托管人扮演着消极被动的角色,可以参考公司型基金的董事会和独立董事制度,对基金托管人制度进行改革创新。
