| Abstract: | Venture has undergone a rapid development in china thereby acclerated hi-tech industry. However, there still exist some problems in the course. How to solue these problems is related to furthur development of venture in our country as well as that of hi-tech industry. both of which may have a great effect on chinese economy. |
