Policy Comparison and Reference on Foreign Small and Medium - sized Enterprises

Nowadays,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is one of national strategies in many countries and areas all over the world,especially in the developed countries. This paper compares the similarities and differences of policies on foreign small and medium-sized enterprises.
