| 摘 要： | 融资困难是当前制约民营经济发展的主要障碍，这一问题能否得到有效解决，不仅关系到民营经济的健康发辰，更直接影响到中国经济运行的整体质量和既定目标的实现．分析民营中小企业融资难的各类原因，转换国有银行观念、培育中小金融机构、建立信用担保体系是改善民营中小企业融资环境的相应对策．

This article focuses on the analysis of the variety of reasons for the difficulty in financing of middle and small private enterprises, and puts forward a set of tactics to improve the environment of financing. |
