| Abstract: | The “economy of agglomeration” is the essential theory of urban economics and regional economics.The concept of “economy of agglomeration” is that the cost reduction and the enhancement of economic profit can be made through the scaled economy.The institutional aspects can also influent the effects of agglomeration.This paper use the theory of “economy of agglomeration” to analyze the characteristics of urbanization of rural areas in China. |
