An Analysis of Risks in the Process of Mergerand Acqusitions of Chinese Enterprises |

| Abstract: | Mergers and acquisitions have been increasing in China in recent years. However, there are still various risks in the process of mergers and acquisition. On the basis of the main procedures as well as the potential risks in mergers and acquistions, combining the characteristics of Chinese enterprises, the paper puts forward some advice on decreasing and avoiding risks in this process. |
