| 摘 要： | 从预警角度,针对现有财务预警指标体系的不足,在完整性、相关性和层次性原则下,构建了新的企业财务预警指标体系,该体系通过描述量变过程及风险发生的过程,给决策者找出发生风险的原因提供了便捷的途径。同时还建立了财务预警指标体系,突出了体系的整体性与和谐性及静态与动态相结合的特征。

| Abstract: | From the alarm angle,the paper aims at current finance system constructing a new financial alarm system,followling the principles of integrity relativity and coherence.By describing the process of change and risk occurences,the system provides convienences for company to find the solutions.This system emphasizes the harmonious coordination of static and dynamic characteristics. |
