| 摘 要： | 中国农户劳动就业决策行为的变迁特征在不同的分析维度上呈现出不同的特征。如果从农户劳动力就业行业和空间分布的角度分析,中国农户劳动就业决策行为的演变呈现出明显的阶段性特征,可以将改革以来的各个阶段划分为四个基本阶段。从农村家庭劳动力就业时间配置的角度看,农户家庭经营劳动时间投入和家庭外劳动时间投入的变化并没有表现出明显的阶段性特征,而是表现出较强的趋势性特征。 |

| Abstract: | China′s farmer household changes characteristics of employment decision-making behavior show different characteristics in different analytic dimensions.If we analyze from the angle of employment sectors and spatial distribution,we can find the evolution of China′s farmer household decision-making behavior shows a clear phase characteristics,and we can divide various stages since reform into four basic stages.From the viewpoint of the time configure of rural families labor force,we find the changes of farmers working hours in family-run input and outside the home input do not show obvious phase characteristics,but show a strong trend characteristic. |
