| 摘 要： | 当今,网络愈来愈深入地融合到经济中来,电子商务正在全球范围内蓬勃发展。随之而来的网络法律问题也层出不穷。其中网络商务及非商务行为都会涉及到公民、法人和其他组织享有的版权问题。原有的版权制度与网络的高科技架构,以及各类权利人之间发生了种种利益冲突。因此,网络版权法律问题就成为突出的问题。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, with the vigorous development of the E-commerce in the world, network gradually syncretizes with economy. Consequently, network law problems emerge endlessly, among which, network copyright law problems are standing out. Its primary embodiment is the former copyright system conflicting with the high-tech truss of the network and all kinds of obligees. |
