| 摘 要： | 失地农民安置方式对失地农民生活具有重要意义。而传统安置模式的失效,引起失地农民问题的产生。土地换保障型、土地入股型、留地安置、综合开发及土地集中开发等创新安置模式,虽然顺利解决了城市化和失地农民发展的矛盾,实现了城市发展和失地农民的双赢。但是,从农民眼前利益和长远利益看,各有其优缺点,对安置模式的选择,应考虑长久可持续的就业安置和发展的模式,解决失地农民贫困化问题。
