| 摘 要： | 公司环境绩效和环境战略趋向与其能力紧密相关。基于公司能力理论分析,提出"生态能力"评价的目标因子,构建生态能力评价目标因子体系,并运用模糊综合评价法建立一个量化的"生态能力"评价模型,为公司提升环境管理能力与改善环境绩效提供评价依据。公司应积极培育生态能力,获取实现环境和谐的发展源动力。
