| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the structure and features of innovation system,this paper proposes the construction of innovation system theory-based technological innovation supporting system for small and medium-sized firms.A perfect technological innovation supporting system for small and medium-sized firms consists of legal supporting system,policy supporting system for co-innovation,technological innovation service supporting system,financial supporting system,and fiscal and taxation supporting system. |
