摘 要: | 由于营销人员工作的特殊性,对其考评一直是企业人力资源管理与营销管理的难题。在分析了现有营销人员考评中存在的缺陷的基础上,参考国内外相关的考评经验,建立了一套相对完整的考评系统。此考评系统把定性考评和定量考评结合起来,从建立科学合理的考评指标、确定规范的考评标准与程序入手,使营销人员的考评工作更公平、公正和有效。

Study On Appraisal System Of Sales Staff |

Abstract: | It is a knot how to appraise sales staff objectively and fairly for human resource management and marketing management because of working characteristics of selling. Drawing on the internationally and domestically relative experience,a newly complete appraisal system has been built based on the analysis of disadvantages of the present appraisal methods used. This new system combines the qualitative analysis with quantitative one,together with some reasonable appraising index and criteria. It can ensure the appraisal to be more fair and effective. |
