| 摘 要： | 日本制造业从1956-1973年逐渐转为以重化工业为主的产业结构,实现了高速增长的奇迹。1974-1991年日本制造业进行了从能源、资本密集型向知识、技术密集型转化的产业转型升级。这一阶段,日本制造业在政府主导下,采用了降低能耗、革新技术和加大对外投资等政策和措施,保持了制造业总量平稳增长,实现了日本"世界工厂"的持续繁荣。
