| 摘 要： | 股权分置问题是我国股市重大历史遗留问题,为解决股权分置问题我国政府已开始启动试点工作。运用例证分析法分析试点方案对公司和流通股股东带来的影响和市场反映,同时也对非流通股股东和流通股股东就非流通股流通进行博弈分析,通过两方面的分析,得到选择试点公司和试点方案的具体标准。

| Abstract: | The split of share is a great issue left over from history for Chinese stock market.For solving the split of share,the government begins trial work.This paper analyzes the influences which the scheme brings about on circulating stock shareholder as well as the market response.It also analyzes the game of non-negotiable stock shareholder and circulating stock shareholder on non-negotiable stock.Through the analysis of two respects,it generalizes the concrete standard of choosing trialcompany and scheme. |
