In view of corporate strategy perspective,This article is about to establishing the du pont analysis base on enterprise strategy.In author's opinion,the essence of financial reporting analysis is analysis of corporate strategy base on economic activity and the du pont system demonstrate the integrate of operating strategy and financial strategy.The operating strategy in du pont analysis include two types: bulk-cheap and large profit on fewer sales and the financial strategy in du pont analysis also include two types: high debt lower equity and lower debt high equity.Operating strategy and financial strategy respective manifested the operating risk and financial risk.The essence of strategy collocation is risk collocation.From the angle of risk control,operating strategy and financial strategy should match reversely.
