2000年美国SEC在制定公平披露规则的同时制定了规则10b5-1和规则10b5-2。规则10b5-1规定,如果交易人在买进或卖出证券时“知道”该有关发行人或证券的非公开的重大信息,那么他的证券交易就属于内幕交易。规则10b5-2规定,家庭成员之间或其他个人关系之间私用机密信息也应承担私用理论下的责任。文章最后指出,我国法律应该将内幕人员的家庭成员也纳入内幕交易人的范围。

Linear Space-time Multiuser Receiver in Wideband CDMA Systems

A novel model of linear space-time multiuser receiver in wideband multipath CDMA systems is proposed. The model analysis shows that a linear space-time multiuser detector can be decomposed into four cascade parts, which are match filters, space weighted combiner, multiuser combiner and multiuser detector. Furthermore, the former three parts are still carried out on the single user basis. The simulation result shows that such cascade structures can significantly reduce complexity of space-time multiuser detection, and accelerate the convergence of adaptive algorithms.
