南方粮食一二三产业融合发展研究初探——以湖南省安仁县为例

在安仁县老科协的帮助、指导下，湖南省安仁县在南方粮食一二三产业融合发展研究上做了大量卓有成效的工作。尤其在农事社会化服务方面，突出水稻全程机械化栽培技术创新及应用推广，推出以“六统一”为基础的“十代”（租机）服务新机制，有力地促进了粮食一二三产业融合发展，助力乡村振兴，开创了南方特色现代粮油产业新模式。该模式破解了困扰当地种植专业合作社和种粮大户的三大难题，树立了良好的服务品牌形象，促进了农业增产和农民增收，在确保粮食安全和农业结构调整方面发挥了积极作用，取得了良好的社会、经济和生态效益，为南方丘陵地区农业现代化提供了典型范例。

A preliminary study on the integrated development of grain industry in South China: Taking the example of Anren County of Hunan Province

With the help and guidance of the county science and technology association, Anren County of Hunan Province has done a great deal of effective work on the integration and development of the primary, secondary and tertiary grain industries in the South China. In particular, in the agricultural socialized service, the innovation, application and popularization of the whole mechanized rice cultivation technology are highlighted, and a new service mechanism of the "Ten Generation" (renting machines) based on the "six unification" is introduced, which effectively promotes the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, helps the rural revitalization, and creats a new model of modern grain and oil industry with southern characteristics. This model has solved three major problems that have plagued the local professional cooperatives and large grain-growing households, namely, the difficulty of balancing the work of migrant workers with the cultivation of grain, and the weak strength of the professional cooperatives or large grain-growing households, specialized farming households are small with low efficiency in mechanized operations; a good service brand image has been established, which has promoted increased agricultural production and increased farmers'' income, and has played an active role in ensuring food security and agricultural structural adjustment, and good social, economic and ecological benefits have been achieved, providing a typical example for agricultural modernization in the hilly areas of South China.
