摘    要:在复杂电磁环境下,通信信号侦察系统在侦收跳频通信信号时经常存在数据缺失的严重现象,因此实现缺失数据恢复具有重要的军事应用意义。针对常规数据恢复算法随着缺失比例升高性能急剧降低的问题,提出了一种基于迭代自适应方法(Iterative Adaptive Approach,IAA)的跳频信号缺失数据恢复算法。根据跳频信号短时间内可作为平稳信号处理的特征,算法选择加权最小二乘准则,利用系统获取的有效数据采用迭代自适应方法进行信号谱估计,然后基于最小二乘准则进行缺失数据恢复处理。通过仿真分析比较,在同等信噪比、缺失率条件下,所提算法比常规缺失数据恢复算法MAPES(Misssing-data Amplitude and Phase Estimation)具有更优的缺失数据恢复性能。

Abstract:In complicated electromagnetic environment,the communication signal reconnaissance system often has the serious phenomenon of data missing when detecting the frequency hopping(FH) communication signal,so the realization of missing data recovery has important military application significance.In view of the problem that the performance of the conventional data recovery algorithm decreases sharply with the increase of the missing ratio,this paper proposes an algorithm based on iterative adaptive approach(IAA) for the missing data recovery of FH signals.According to the characteristics of FH signal which can be used as stationary signal processing in a short time,the algorithm selects the weighted least square criterion,uses the effective data obtained by the system to estimate the signal spectrum using the iterative adaptive method,and then uses the least square criterion to recover the missing data.Compared with missing data amplitude and phase estimation(MAPES) algorithm,the proposed algorithm has better performance of missing data recovery under the same signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and missing rate.
