| 摘 要： | 随着“物流热”在中国的兴起，一时之间大大小小的“物流公司”如雨后春笋 般涌现出来。他们之中大多数原来都是运输或仓储企业。这种转换也使得社会上 不少人认为物流就是简单的运输加仓储。实际上这是一种很错误的观念，这种观 念蔓延开来，必然会使真正的物流企业难以形成，同时也会直接影响中国物流产业 的早日确立。本文拟从储运企业与物流企业的区别入手，进而阐述储运企业在中 国物流产业培育过程中所应发挥的功能和如何实现这些功能。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly discusses the present development situation of the navigation equipment, and a new integrated navigation system(Inertial Navigation System/Doppler Navigation System/Global Position System- Integrated Navigation System) is presented.Then the realization Scheme is given. Finally, this paper briefly discusses the application fields of this technique. |
