| 摘 要： | 通过对1997～2008年时间序列数据和2004～2008年面板数据计量分析得出,中国服务业FDI总体上具有资本挤入效应,但存在行业开放度和开放时段差异,即外资进入壁垒对中国服务业FDI资本效应具有重要影响:进入壁垒越低,FDI挤入效应越显著;进入壁垒越高,FDI挤入效应越弱,甚至具有挤出效应。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the time-serial date during 1997～2008 and the panel date during 2004～2008, this paper concludes that FDI into Chinese Services Industry has a general crowding-in effect,and has obvious differences between different sub-sectors and periods of time.In a word, the FDI entry barrier has a great impact on the capital effects. |
