摘    要:针对自动目标识别(ATR)评估领域的研究需求,首先明确了ATR评估中的若干基本概念,然后分别介绍了混淆矩阵、概率型指标、数率型指标和基于ROC曲线指标的概念、定义及用法.提出了评估指标的选取原则,并根据这些原则对比分析了上述四类指标,所得出的结论对于实际的ATR性能评估操作具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:According to the requirement of automatic target recognition(ATR) evaluation research,this paper first clarifies several important concepts in the field of ATR evaluation.Then,it introduces four types of measures of performance(MOP)(confusion metrics,probability measures,ratio measures and some measures based on ROC curve),including their concepts,definitions and the directions.It also proposes some principles of how to select the MOP,and analyses the four types of MOP contrastively according to the principles,and the conclusions have some reference to actual ATR performance evaluation applications.
