基于组态王的标校远程监控系统软件设计

摘    要:为满足测量船远程监控标校塔标校设备的需求,在原有基于C/S监控模式不能适应高 密度任务的情况下,提出利用组态王KingView开发B/S网络模式的标校设备远程监控软件 。首先给出了远程监控系统的组成和控制对象,进而应用KingView进行监控软件设计,通过 画面布局设计、数据字典构建、动画连接实现了监控需求,采用中 间件技术实现了组态王对其它不支持板卡的调用。测试和运行表明,该监控软件实现了测 量船对标校设备的实时监控,实现的系统具有升级/维护便利、操控简单可靠等特点,对测 量船的标校工作做出了重要贡献。

Abstract:To meet the requirement of TT&C ship remote monitoring calibration equipment of ca libration tower,under the condition that the original C/S monitoring mode can not adapt to high density tasks,the cali bration equipment remote monitoring software based on B/S is developed by using KingView. First,the remote monitoring system of component and control object is given, and then monitoring so ftware is designed using KingView.Through the screen layout design, data dictionary constru ction and animation connection,the monitoring requirement is satisfied. With middleware technology call of other cards without divers by KingView is realized. Test and operation shows that the monitoring software has realized real-time monitoring of the calibration equipment.The system is featured by convenient maintenance, simpl e and reliable control.The designed software makes an important contribution to calibration of TT&C ship.
