The impacts and response strategies on China's science & technology development environment under COVID-19

As a major global public health crisis, the outbreak and spread of COVID-19 shows the characteristics of international mobility in the era of globalization, and also exacerbates the limited supply of international public goods and the complexity of international conflicts. This paper reviews the global trend of science and technology development before the outbreak of COVID-19, discusses the impact of COVID-19 outbreak on the environment of science and technology development in China, and puts forward some strategic development suggestions for China to actively carry out science and technology innovation and cooperation in the post-COVID-19 era.
