外军陆军航空兵侦察直升机的发展

以中日韩三国为核心的东北亚可谓全球经济的三极之一,但却因历史的、政治的和经济的诸多原因至今仍是区域经济一体化之“空白地带”。面对进一步扩大和强化中的欧盟和北美自由贸易区以及世界其他地区蓬勃发展的区域一体化趋势,东北亚经济合作与一体化进程已进入到必须赶上世界经济全球化和区域一体化步伐的时候了。近年来东北亚国家新的拓展变化为推动区域经济一体化进程提供了机遇,为此,东北亚国家特别是作为核心的中日韩三国必须抓住机遇,为实现东北亚经济一体化构建必要的制度安排,选择切合实际的发展路径,弥合分歧,求得共识,通过合作博弈,以实现共赢目标。

Reconnaissance Helicopters for Foreign Army Aviation Force:a Review

A necessary aviation reconnaissance means for modern army aviation force, reconnaissance helicopters play important roles in several recent local wars and attract the focus of military authorities of many countries. On the basis of analyzing the development of the reconnaissance helicopters for foreign military forces, this paper focuses on the introduction to the developing status and possible trend of in-developing radar reconnaissance helicopters.
