大学生群体对智慧住宅认知程度及潜在需求的调查研究

本文以在校大学生为调查目标群体，通过实证研究探讨了该群体对智慧住宅以及房屋智能化设施的认知程度和需求设想。研究发现，大学生群体对智慧住宅及住宅中的智能化设施的认知程度不高，对智慧住宅及其设施需求较为集中。本文基于对调查结果其背后原因的分析，提出了相关建议。

A survey of college students' cognition degree and potential demand for smart home

This paper takes college students as the investigation target group. Through empirical investigation, this paper discusses the group''s cognitive degree and potencial demand for smart home and the intelligent facilities in smart home. It finds that college students have a low level of cognition of smart home and intelligent facilities. Meanwhile, their demand for smart home and intelligent facilities in smart home are relatively similar. Based on the analysis of the possible reasons behind the survey results, this paper puts forward some suggestions.
