外资中小商业银行操作风险管理

本文以《巴塞尔新资本协议》为理论依据,通过笔者对外资中小商业银行操作风险管理在工作实践中遇到的问题,从管理框架和管理内容两方面出发,分析银行风险管理方面存在问题的成因,并根据国际金融银行业的现行状况和《巴塞尔新资本协议》等内部控制制度的理论依据,提出解决问题的对策,从而完善外资银行的操作风险管理。

In this paper,"The New Basel Capital Accord" is used as the theoretical basis.The author encountered operational risk management issues in foreign small and medium commercial banks in working practices.Starting from management framework and management content,the author analyzes the causes that lead to the existing problems of bank risk management.The author puts forward solutions to this problem,and thus improves the foreign banks' operational risk management,based on the current international financial and banking situation and the "New Basel Capital Accord" and the theoretical basis of the internal control system.
