成都建设践行社会主义核心价值体系典范区的评价指标研究

构建践行社会主义核心价值体系典范区是一项全新的文化建设任务，是深化社会主义核心价值体系理论研究的需要，是使社会主义核心价值体系落地生根的实践需要。典范区是指在推行、传播、发挥社会主义核心价值体系引领功能方面可以作为其他城市学习和仿效标准的文化建设试验区。以评价指标为切入点可把典范区建设内容操作化，构建四个维度21个指标体系及量表，以此指标体系及量表为指导，在典范区建设路径上需要发挥政府、企业和社会组织三大主体的力量，合力推进典范区建设。

Study of Evaluation Index about Construction the Model District of Practice the Socialist Core Value System in Chengdu

Construction the model district of practice the socialist core value system is a new cultural building task, which is necessary to deepen the theoretical study on the socialist core value system and to the practice need of putting down roots. The model district of practice the socialist core value system is a cultural development experimental zone which can assume functions of pursuing, spreading, exerting and can be a standard to be studied by other cities. Evaluations are entry point which contents of the model district o~ practice the socialist core value system are operationalized as four dimensions and 21 index system of which is made of scale. Guided by scale three main bodies of government, enterprise and society organizations should integrate forces to build the model district of practice the socialist core value system.
