资源产业链演化机制研究——以西部地区为例

资源产业链是以资源为核心的要素整合机制。资源是资源产业链的基础要素，知识、资本是驱动要素，生态是制约要素。通过对实体的抽象，可建立以知识、资本、资源、生态共生关系为基础的资源产业链动态演化模型，并以此构建资源产业链“四要素整合”机制。基于这个模型和机制来分析，目前西部地区的资源产业链仍处于由初级向中级迈进的转折阶段，因此应进一步发挥知识要素驱动优势，减少对资源的依赖，实施三要素共同提升，以实现产业链的深度、有序和完整性演化。

Research on Evolution Mechanism of Resources Industry Chain： Take West China as Example

Resources industry chain is a kind of factors integration mechanism which regards resources as core. Resources are the base factor, and knowledge and capital are driven factors, then ecology has been unavoidable restriction factor. Through abstracting the object, this paper establishes resources industry chain＇s alteration evolution mode, which is based on the interaction relation of resources, capital, knowledge and ecology, brings up resources industry＇s four factors integration mechanism. In the analysis lens of the model and mechanism, resources industry chain in west china is still in the transition phase which develop from primary to intermediate phase at present, whence the knowledge factor＇s driven strengthen should be elaborated further; decreases the pressure of resources factor and carries out the mutual promotion of three factors, finally, attains industry chain evolution on profundity,order and integrity.
