西部大开发前后西南地区产业结构与经济增长比较研究．——基于偏离-份额分析方法

偏离-份额分析方法具有较强的综合性和动态性，是揭示区域与城市部门结构变化原因、确定未来发展主导方向的有效方法。通过运用该方法对西部大开发前后西南地区产业结构与经济增长的比较分析可以看出，西部大开发后西南地区产业结构的调整还是有成效的，但还应继续发挥地区的比较优势，加强各省、区、市产业之间的协调，特别是要提升现代服务业在第三产业中的比重，提高区域发展的竞争力，这是西南地区在今后国家深入推进西部大开发时期经济发展的着力点。

The Comparative Study on Industrial Structure and Economic Growth of Southwest China Before and After the Implementation of Western China Development Drive Strategy ：Based on Shift-share Method

Shift-share Method has a strongly comprehensive and dynamic nature. It is an effective method to reveal the reasons of changing of regional and urban sectors, and determine the leading direction of development in the future. Through applying this method to the comparative study on industrial structure and economic growth of Southwest China before and after the implementation of Western China Development Drive Strategy, we can find that the industrial structural adjustment of Southwest China has yielded a positive result after the implementation. However, continuing to take regional comparative advantages, strengthening industrial coordination among the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, especially promoting modern service industry of the tertiary industry in proportion, enhancing the competitiveness of regional development, are the focal points of economic development for Southwest China to carry out Western China Development Drive Strategy deeply in future.
