| 摘 要： | 针对自助旅游,英国旅游服务具有预定服务便捷、咨询服务全面等优点。而我国旅游服务体系暴露出基础配套设施不健全,服务监管不到位,服务各环节联系不紧密的缺陷。这些不足严重制约了服务业乃至旅游业的发展。星状旅游服务模式是在自助旅游逐渐蓬勃发展的形势下,以政府主导为核心,以网络技术为依托,建立起来的新型旅游服务模式,有效弥补了我国旅游服务体系的不足,为服务业乃至旅游业的快速发展注入动力。

| Abstract: | According to private tour,there are seviral advantages: has a convenient booking sevice and counseling in UK.In China,the traditional service system exposed three shortcomings: bad basis supporting facilities,poor supervision and all aspects of service are not closely linked.These deficiencies seriously hampered the development of tourism services as well,stellar travel services mode that take government as core and network as basis can make up for the lack of traditional tourism service system. |
