| 摘 要： | 本文基于团队合作于2017年12月对拙政园景区旅游解说满意度均值进行问卷调查,通过对游客年龄性别、职业、地域等3个方面满意度均值的EXCEL分析,得出女性游客各年龄段满意度均值都低于男性游客、本地游客年龄越大满意度越低、满意度均值与职业关系不大等三条结论。
