国家城市湿地公园游客满意度评价研究——以无锡长广溪湿地公园为例

城市湿地公园因自身功能的限制,其开发旅游有着先天的不足。本文以无锡长广溪城市湿地公园为研究对象,通过问卷调查和实地访谈的方式探讨了城市湿地公园的游客满意度,认为应通过完善基础设施、挖掘文化内涵、提供人性化服务等措施来提高游客的满意度,从而实现城市湿地公园生态环境保护与社会经济双赢的旅游经营目标。

The Evaluate Survey on Customer Satisfaction in the National Urban Wetland Park:A Case Study of Wuxi Chang Guangxi Wetland Park

Urban Wetland Park is the most important part of the urban ecosystem,because of its good ecological environment,more and more visitors come.However,due to their functional limit,Urban Wetland Park’s tourism development has inherent deficiency.In this paper,we take Wuxi Chang Guangxi Urban Wetland Park for the study,through questionnaires and field interviews to explore the tourist satisfaction of the Urban Wetland Park.Studies show that the tourist’s purpose to the park is relatively simple;emphasize the good services;the desire of learning and exploring the environment and the historical and cultural knowledge of the ecology wetland is not strong;overall satisfaction is not high.In order to achieve the win-win tourism business objectives of the ecological environmental protection of Urban Wetland Park,and socio-economic,area should improve the infrastructure,mine the culture,provide the human services and other measures to improve the tourist satisfaction.
