合作博弈视角下的企业知识联盟利益分配研究

联盟成员间的利益协同是保持知识联盟稳定发展的关键。首先,在相关理论的回顾基础上,构建知识联盟利益协同的合作博弈模型;然后,结合合作博弈的理论和方法,运用夏普利值法计算模型研究知识联盟利益分配机制。最后,通过假设实证研究,解决了知识联盟企业间的利益分配问题,提高了知识联盟绩效,有利于知识联盟的稳定发展。

Research on Distribution of Interest in Enterprises Knowledge Alliance Based on Cooperation Game

The interest collaboration between alliance members is the key to stable development of knowledge alliance.Firstly,based on the review of relevant theory,the paper builds a cooperative game model of the interest collaboration of knowledge alliance;then,combined with cooperative game theory and methods,this paper studies distribution mechanism of knowledge alliance interest with calculating model of Shapley value.Finally,assuming the empirical research,the paper solves the interest distribution between knowledge Alliance and improves the performance of the knowledge alliance,which is in favor of the stable development of knowledge alliance.
